Our innovative engineering team is backed by years of experience. They adapt the latest engineering softwares to directly take the clients concepts and CAD models into mold design. All mold design shall be then validated to our clients tooling standards and molding specifications.

In addition, we use mold simulation software (moldflow analysis programs), which can reduce the time needed to condition the mold, validate and optimize the product design and manufacturing process before the first piece of steel is cut, and speed the product to market.
